All components which are coated at METAL PROTECTION TO PERFECTION are first degreased. They are then treated with a zinc phosphate before being powder coated. Our pretreatment protocol ensures the best adhesion of the powder. Parts are finally baked in a batch oven to achieve the perfect finish.
